Towards the end of our day at the pool, Maddie discovered the sand area and had a blast dumping bucket after bucket of water in the river beds that had been made.

Pool Party

We celebrated Justin's 6th birthday at the Breckenridge Pool. Everyone had a blast.
The boys wanted me to take pictures of them going under water.





































Izzy was so tired having only had a small nap at home before we left. She refused to give in to our attempts to get her to snuggle and fall asleep.

With a little help from my friends...

We teased Trav that someone would call the fire department because of the all flames and smoke from his 30 candles. He had to have a little help from the kids to get them all out, and it still took 3 blows.

Corn on the Cob-aholics

This was Izzy's first taste of corn on the cob. She didn't really get it as she kept getting bites of the cob. I think the other kids like it just to get their pictures taken.

The girls loved helping to vaccum the new carpet. Now all we need is to get our furniture back downstairs.

Izzy had fun when we went to Andrews' lake, even though she never got in the water. She chilled with the other babies, ate, crawled around, ate and ate some more.

Trav' Role

Trav's patching drywall in Justin's room and then on to a couple small spots in the end of the closet in our room. This is all in preparation for the "Painting Party" I'm hosting Tuesday night. Then the carpet is being installed on the 19th. Exciting times.

Just a little weekend project...

Well, not really a little project. The kids really wanted to help strip the wallpaper. They didn't have very much patience while the warm rags softened the paper backing. They really are helping though. Zach was taking a break to watch some Twins action while I took these pictures.











































Izzy was confined to either the excersaucer or the highchair, neither of which made her very happy. Now she's helping me blog, which is making it very interesting.
